Our team were contracted to provide the Design and Build Mechanical Services for the creation of a new leisure and library facility for the people of Biggin Hill.

This building replaced the old library that was on the site, having been built in the 1960’s. Since that time the population of Biggin Hill had trebled and this facility had become outdated.

The London Borough of Bromley decided to invest in a new building for the town, giving the addition of a modern swimming pool facility.

Our team was contracted to provide the design and build Mechanical Works for the project and our client ISG.

The building was a “fast track” construction and involved the full design and installation works being undertaken over a 50 week period.
