The Pinnacle team were involved in providing the Shell & Core works for the conversion of the Marconi Building on the Strand on London, to create the glamorous ME Hotel, which includes the fabulous Radio Roof Top Bar & Restaurant with views across the West End and Thames.

The teams work included the installation of the following services:-

• Gas Mains
• LTHW Plant Room
• Domestic Water Services

It was the client, Sol Melia’s first project in the UK and as such they demanded the sort of quality of finish befitting a 5 star luxury hotel.

Key Challenge

The location of the site within the centre of the West End of London, adjacent to Covent Garden made logistics extremely difficult. To mitigate this we planned all bulk deliveries for weekends to ensure continuity of supply throughout the following week.
