Pinnacle MEP were engaged by our client, HG Construction, to provide the Design & Build Mechanical Services for the shell, core and Cat A services to a new build 120,000 sq ft office building in Southwark, London.

The building is the first project in the UK for the developer Middlecap and is designed to be intelligent for all occupiers.

Rushworth Street is smart building certified and uses the first UK installation of the bGrid intelligent building system, which we are charged with setting to work with all environmental systems.
