The third new Ruby hotel in the UK, called the Ruby Stella.

The conversion of an existing historic “Ragged School” into a new office space occupied by Lotus Cars.

9 new apartments for social rent.

We designed and installed all the mechanical services for this development including the following:

• Gas fired boiler backup for hot water systems

• Ventilation to all areas

• Smoke ventilation

• Air conditioning

• Soil & Vent Pipework

• Sanitaryware

• Hot & Cold Water

• Building & Energy Management System
