E.ON Infrastructure Solutions asked us to provide a full “turnkey” Design & Build of an Energy Centre for the new Silvertown development being undertaken by Lend Lease.

This development will see the creation of 6,600 new homes in the next 15 years.

Our contract included the following services:

• 500kW AIr Source Heat Pumps

• 950kW Dry Air Cooler

• 50,000 litre Thermal Store

• Bespoke LV Panel to accept new 2,500 amp income

• Building & Energy Management System

• Containerised plant
